Church Street Commons

Modern 19-unit apartment community featuring a mix of studios and one-bedroom residences. The property launched at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and nonetheless achieved full occupancy within just a few months. Situated in a highly walkable Northeast Portland neighborhood with convenient access to Portland Community College and multiple transit options, the building quickly attracted strong tenant demand. Shortly after stabilization, the asset was successfully sold to investors.
